FADE IN:

EXT.  SIDEWALK - NIGHT

MARK CUBAN walks.  He soon sees a man, black, in a HOODIE leaning against a wall.  That man is SHAWN MARION.  Cuban crosses the street.  He soon sees a white man with TATTOOS sitting on a crate smoking a cigarette.  That man is CHRIS ANDERSON.  Cuban crosses the street.  Cuban secretly takes out a hand gun holds it behind himself and gradually approaches the hooded Shawn Marion.

FADE TO BLACK

TITLE CARD:

     YOUNG AFRICAN AMERICAN MALES STOP EXISTING.  IT COULD GET YOU KILLED

GUNSHOT

FADE OUT.

INT.  DINER - DAY

A DIRECTOR seated reads a script.  Two waitresses, an OVERWEIGHT ONE and a SLIM ONE lean on a counter and observe the Director.

                                                           OVERWEIGHT ONE
                                      He's always reading some script.

                                                           SLIM ONE
                                      Yeah.  He's so fine.  I wish he'd cast me in the role of his wife

                                                           OVERWEIGHT ONE
                                      Girl don't you see the ring on his finger?

                                                           SLIM ONE
                                      Then he can cast me as his mistress.

                                                           OVERWEIGHT ONE
                                      Oh you are so bad.

                                                           SLIM ONE
                                      It's not my fault.  Blame his parents for making him look so
                                      irresistible.  I'm gonna offer him a slice.

Slim One walks over to Director and sets a slice a cake in front of him.

                                                            DIRECTOR
                                       I didn't order cake.

                                                            SLIM ONE
                                       It's on the house sugar.

He smiles.  He eats a forkful of cake.

                                                            DIRECTOR
                                        Mmm.  Super moist.

Slim One blushes.

                                                             SLIM ONE
                                         How did you know?

He is confused.  She finally realizes...

                                                             SLIM ONE (CONT)
                                         Oh!  You were talking about the cake!

QUICK PAN DOWN from her face to her CROTCH.  Her UNDERWEAR can be seen through her WET PANTS.  Pull back to reveal a box of SUPER MOIST CAKE MIX next to her SOAKED CROTCH.

FADE OUT.
